Precious Broadband is a trading name of Mad Tech Heads LTD (Company No: 144409189), with registered office at Office 7622, 182-184 High Street North, London, East Ham, England, E6 2JA and operations based in Faversham, Kent. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and your customer account.
2. What we collect

- To respond to your enquiry
- To provide your broadband service and bill you correctly (if you become a customer)
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse
- To meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting records)
4. Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on:
- Contract — for everything needed to provide the broadband service to you
- Legitimate interests — for replying to enquiries, ensuring security, basic logging
- Legal obligation — for tax/accounting records
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers we genuinely need to run the business — for example, our hosting provider, our network supplier (to provision your SIM), and our payment processor when you pay. We have written contracts with these providers requiring them to handle your data securely.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We don't share with marketing or advertising networks.
6. How long we keep it
- Form submissions: kept in our email inbox until they're no longer relevant. Enquiries we don't pursue are deleted within 12 months.
- Customer records: for the duration of your contract + 6 years afterwards (HMRC tax requirement)
- Server logs: up to 90 days then deleted
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it (subject to our retention obligations)
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent (where consent is the basis)

8. How we protect it
- The website doesn't store form submissions in a database — they go straight to our email
- All forms protected against cross-site forgery and bot abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile)
- Access to customer records limited to staff who need it
- Regular security updates to our hosting and software
